Some tips for preparing fundraising
*Which project categories are permitted?
Arts, Charity, Education, Environment, Spiritual, Sport, Technology, Other.
Should the project necessarily respect the code of ethics?
All projects must be in complete agreement with the ethical charter. It is an inviolable condition under pain of seeing your project removed from the platform.
For this purpose, we must be able to answer five basic questions (the 5 "Ws"): Who? What? HoW? Where? Why? Before trying to convince the public, be convinced yourself about what you are doing. And it is this confidence that contributors must feel reading your description.
Fix the amount of the collection and be TRANSPARENT! Detail up the main expenditure items in your project. The more you are clear, the more likely you will put on your side. The time is crucial for the success of collection.
You should know that the more it is short, the greater the chances of success will be.
Know that once defined, neither the length, nor the amount will be modified.
Explain how the loan will be repaid. In the case of a presale, consider the products and above all be sure to find the right balance between manufacturing costs and the attractiveness of these compensations.
The image is a little showcase project and thus constitutes an important point in the success of the collection. As the saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words." Make it the best summarizes the project but above all the spirit of it.
In addition, a short but concise video will further improve a little the attractiveness of your page. You can even combine them, but careful not to stuff the visitor redundant information.
The procedure for your project to be validated and start your campaign is simple. After submission of the application, an Easi Up advisor is responsible to contact you to discuss and further analyze the project. It takes place in five steps according to the scheme below:
I submit my project with my presentation documents.
The manager of the platform accepts (or not) my application and opens access to the public vote.
My project is available online for interaction between users and me.
Internet users broadcast their contributions / open their electronic wallet.
The campaign is successful and collections are credited to my account
The theory of 3 circles
The importance of the family circle, professional, even spiritual, for the revitalization project is crucial! Indeed, it is these people who are usually the same to be convinced of the merits of the project and, subsequently, to promote it. This is what we call the first circle.
Then comes the second circle they are the people a little more remote from you usually known through other people. The advantage lies in their large numbers, offsetting their remoteness.
Finally comes the general public, this is the third circle. But be careful to proceed step by step and wait to make good progress in raising awareness of the project among the first and second circles.
Feel free to share your project on social networks and convince your supporters to do the same. Likewise, blogs and newspapers will greatly participate in its reputation and, ultimately, the success of the collection. Widgets are one of the tools at your disposal in this light. With the aim to increase your chances of success, to advertise on specialized sites is also a good way to bring support and expand your base of contributors to the extent that they are generally more sensitive to issues related to your project.
CAUTION: It is not possible to run two campaigns at the same time for the same project on two different crowdfunding platforms. Similarly, any amount collected outside Easi Up to a project presented on Easi Up will be communicated to Easi Up.
Transfer of funds
If the purpose of the collection is reached, the amount is credited to your account after deduction of Easi Up success commission amounting to 5.5% TTC.
Easi Up is not responsible for repaying the Zero Rate Loan. It is the Project Developer to ensure that they are well made.
A project timeline allows the Carrier as to the Contributor to know the date of repayment of the different monthly payments. These are taken from the account of the Project Bearer then are redistributed in proportion to the participation of each contributor of the Project.
In case the Project Bearer can not pay the monthly payment, the Easi Up team will get in touch with the Project Bearer and, if necessary, try to find a solution that suits the majority. In all cases, an acknowledgment of debt is possible and highly recommended.
